What data we collect
When you fill in the form to download a canvas or tell us about your project, we collect: your name, email address and organisation type (SME or startup).
While you browse, the site only records the technical data strictly needed for the servers to work (access logs). We do not collect any special categories of data.
Why we process it
We use your data for one thing only: sending you the canvas you asked for and replying to your enquiry. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not send newsletters or marketing communications without your explicit consent. No spam, promise.
Where your data goes
Form data is stored on the cloud tools we use to organise enquiries (spreadsheets) and on the site's hosting systems.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Where that happens, the transfer complies with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, for example through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data for a maximum of 24 months from your enquiry, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to the processing. Just write to info@nextradestudio.com: we reply within 30 days.
If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

If we change the way we process data, we update this page before the change takes effect. The date of the latest revision is always shown at the top.
